Processing Time

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Standard Shipping: ₹50.00 (Free for orders over ₹500)

• Expedited Shipping: ₹150.00

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please contact us at support@easybae.in if you have questions about whether we can deliver to your location.

Delivery Issues

 

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Easy Bae Perfumes & Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

• Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at support@easybae.in with your order number and a photo of the package’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
